Exchange and/or Withdrawal

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, you have a maximum of 14 days to return your item, in its original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories, user manuals, and documentation, along with the invoice of your order. ByClassy, LDA is obliged to refund the amounts paid by the customer without any fees, except for shipping and return costs.

Personalized items, made exclusively for a specific order, cannot be returned or exchanged and do not benefit from the 14-day withdrawal right provided by law.

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 15 days to your credit card if you paid by card, or to your PayPal account if you used this payment method.

Defects
